Provide kits for organizations that serve kids and/or families in your area to help families learn learn about the importance of oral health and how to keep their smiles healthy.

Kids will receive a fun kit that includes:
• a toothbrush
• 2 age-appropriate activity sheets with fun oral health themed activities
• a bookmark with oral health tips in English and Spanish
• a brochure for parents with dental health tips for the whole family

Each participating organization will receive enough kits to reach 100 children. Recipients can include elementary schools, afterschool care programs, Head Start programs, daycares, foster care organizations, homeless shelters, or nonprofit organizations that serve families in need.

Sponsor kits to reach 5,000 kids to include your company branding and information on custom printed kit materials.
